2016 Demographic Report
In 2014 our first conference was titled "Generation Y not" and the age groups we target reflect that. We are young professionals that believe in changing the world by giving a stage to those with Ideas Worth Sharing. We embrace our Gen Y and Millennial status and invite our stakeholders to embrace our tenacity, courage, and work ethic.
We're committed to increasing our diversity to reflect the community that we live in. Our student team, speakers, and stakeholders come from various backgrounds, creeds and orientations. We come together and create world-class events that reinforce and elevate the importance of diversity.
The TEDx brand attracts lifelong learners from a multitude of backgrounds. We ask our stakeholders to come with nothing but an open mind and a willingness to learn something new as they come to understand our culture. Regardless of traditional education or life experiences, together we experience Ideas Worth Sharing.
